Prices are in Euro's. Postage and insurance are not included.
It is also possible to pay with a creditcard, for which there are no surcharges. After your order we will send you an electronic invoice through which you can pay with Visa, Master/Euro, Amex, Ideal and Paypal.
Luiscius is free to demand advance payment.
All books must be paid within 14 days after receipt of invoice. All books are complete and in good condition, unless otherwise stated. Minor defects (a few annotations and/or underlinings, stamps etc.) have not always been mentioned.
Luiscius Books is entitled by Dutch law to increase the invoice with interest and legal costs.
Books remain property of Luiscius until payment is fulfilled.
If the received item is not to your satisfaction, you are entitled to return it, in the same condition, within 7 business days. Shipping costs are for the buyer, If payment has already been done, the amount of the invoice reduced by shipping costs shall be returned immediately.
Prices are subject to change. On all rights, obligations, special offers, orders and agreements, also this condition, Dutch law is exclusive applicable.
Any disputes which may arise between buyer and Luiscius will be heard by the competent Dutch court. |
